This website, roeandroe.com, has been created and established by roeandroe di Rachel Walker, hereinafter referred to as “roeandroe” a legal entity recognized and registered under Italian Law, with the following VAT code 02341460463. Viewing the site provides users with product information and the possibility to purchase.

In return for allowing you access to this website, you are required to accept the terms and conditions of use as set out below. Users who do not accept or do not intend to comply with these terms , should refrain immediately from using this website.

These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between users and roeandroe and describe the terms of use and conditions applicable when accessing our website and its services including the sale of retail goods to consumers by way of our e-commerce functionality. Customer account

Any user wishing to purchase goods through our on-line shop will need to register with us. When registering you will be asked to provide a valid e-mail address, which will become your username, and be required to create a password.

You are responsible for all actions taken under that username, whether by you or any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. Prices, Currency Rates & Charges

Orders are billed in Euros and reflect prices in Euros published on our website.

Prices are stated inclusive of VAT at 22% (the current Italian rate) and are subject to change if the rate of VAT changes before your order is confirmed.

For customers using a Paypal account or credit card denominated in a non_Euro currency, the actual amount charged to your credit card or your Paypal account may vary based on the fee/charge structure of your chosen payment provider and fluctuations in exchange rates. Customers should contact their bank or credit card provider to receive detailed information on actual exchange rates and fees/charges related to the transaction.

Forms of Payment

Paypal

Customers who have a PayPal account can pay directly using the link provided on the shopping basket page. This link will redirect you to the PayPal login page and subsequently to the PayPal payment page. You will then be redirected to the roeandroe.com basket in order to confirm your purchase.

roeandroe will only ship to the address on the account verified by PayPal.

Credit Card

We also use PayPal for the processing of credit card payments. This service can be used by all customers, including those who do not have a PayPal account. Simply select the applicable credit card symbol and you will be redirected to PayPal whereby you can enter your credit card details in a secure electronic system. You will not be charged a transaction fee by PayPal for this service. Once the payment transaction is completed within PayPal you will be redirected to the shopping basket page of this website in order to confirm your purchase.

Under the above payment mechanisms roeandroe has no visibility to your credit card number, expiry date or other sensitive data. This information is shared, maintained and held in a secure manner by PayPal using their established policies and procedures. Under no circumstances will roeandroe ask customers for credit card related information.

Date of Dispatch

We recognize your desire to receive goods as soon as possible after order and make every effort to ship orders within 5-7 days of confirmed payment. This order processing time is determined by the time taken to assemble your product and the volume of open orders.

We confirm dispatch of goods by e-mail and in the unlikely event of an unforeseen delay we will inform you accordingly.

Order Status

Customers can check the status of their orders at any time by accessing their account and reviewing “Order History”. Customers may also use the “Contact Us” page on our website, for general or specific enquiries. Any enquiry regarding a specific order should include the full name of the person who placed the order, as well as their e-mail address and order number.

We would like to remind our customers that once an order is confirmed and fulfilled, no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Shipping

Standard shipping costs by delivery destination are as follows:

All shipments are via DHL courier. All shipments outside of the EU are accompanied by a roeandroe invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euro.

Order Delivery

All customers who place an order establish a formal relationship with roeandroe and therefore undertake to accept delivery of the order. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the order or delivery is not possible, any return shipping charges, charged to roeandroe will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. Please note that under the terms of our arrangement with DHL, they will try 3 times to deliver the item to you before returning the goods to ourselves.

Returns & Damaged Goods

We ask that in the event that you receive damaged or unwanted goods you contact us immediately to inform us of the specific details.

We recommend that you provide images of any damaged goods (and packaging) at the earliest opportunity through use of the “Contact Us” page on our website. We will respond to you with our proposed resolution. Please do not return any goods before we have responded.

Any unwanted goods must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. On receipt of returned unused goods in their original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase excluding any outward shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods to roeandroe. We ask that a proof of return delivery is obtained and a tracking number provided to us.

Shipment Insurance

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipment. This insurance cover expires on delivery of the order to the delivery destination.

Product Photos & Descriptions

Every effort has been made to reflect our products as accurately as possible. However, due to factors such as differences in monitors and screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that the colours you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. Furthermore, all images and descriptions can only provide an approximate idea of the actual product. This also covers product images contained within social media sites used by roeandroe and any off-line promotional literature and similar.

No warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

All products and on line images (unless an alternative, specific source is explicitly stated) are owned and registered by roeandroe. No use, copying or similar, of products or images is permitted without express written approval from roeandroe. Do not steal or copy – create your own!
