Replacement & Renewal Service

On request, we can replace yarn elements of our chokers, cuffs and necklaces and replace or renew the bronze components. This service is provided subject to the availablity of component materials and is subject to a fee corresponding to the cost or materials, labour and handling. The customer will also be responsible for all postage and and custom fees. If you are interested in this service, please contact us via the "contact us" page of our website or by sending an e-mail to [email protected], explaining the nature of service you require. The cost of the service, if such a service is possible and return postage will be communicated to you and the total amount due must be paid in advance. Please do not send any product to us prior to payment of the fee due. You will be responsible for the outbound postage, packaging and insurance.
